We are a part of one another
The yin and yang are we
We need each other
To feel totally complete

Though distance and time now affect us
And we feel the loss deep with in
We are still connected to each other
We still are very best friends

No other friend we trust
With all that lies with in
No other friend understands us
The way we do my friend

A friendship we have grown
Unlike either of us have ever known
A deeper understanding of one another
This has brought us so close together

We’ve been each others confidant
Sharing all those secrets no one else knows
We’ve been each other conscious
When temptation arose

Mother, Daughter, Sister
We’ve been for one another
At times we are the student
Other times the teacher

And through the thick and thin
We’ve never turned are backs on each other
No matter what words were uttered
We were always there for one another

Though we now see little of each other
One thing has not changed
We are there for each other
Best friends till the end of our days
